Refund Policy - 

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds, returns, and membership

cancellations for Wanderfolk Society.

2. Merchandise Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise purchased through Wanderfolk Society may be returned or exchanged within thirty

(30) days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible:

- Items must be unused and in original condition

- Items must be returned with original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

3. Membership Fees

All membership fees are non-refundable once processed, except as required by law.

4. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time for the following membership term.

Cancellation will:

- Prevent renewal for the next billing cycle

- Not affect the current active membership period

5. Use of Benefits

If a member has already received their included 7-night stay voucher during the current membership period, the

membership cannot be canceled for that active term.

The membership will remain active through the end of the current term.

6. Travel & Third-Party Bookings

All travel bookings are subject to third-party provider policies. Wanderfolk Society is not responsible

for refunds related to:

- Travel cancellations

- Changes in travel plans

- Third-party service issues

7. Changes to Policy

Wanderfolk Society reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted with

a revised effective date.
