2. Membership Overview

Wanderfolk Society is a membership-based travel club offering access to travel benefits,

accommodations, and services through third-party providers. Membership does not constitute

ownership of any real estate or property.

3. Membership Fees

Membership fees are billed annually unless otherwise stated. All fees are non-refundable unless

explicitly stated in writing.

4. Travel Benefits

Travel benefits, including 7-night stays and additional travel opportunities, are subject to availability,

partner inventory, and booking timelines. Availability is not guaranteed.

5. Booking Process

Members must submit travel requests through the member portal or concierge. All bookings are

confirmed based on availability and third-party provider terms.

6. Third-Party Providers

All travel services are fulfilled by third-party providers. Wanderfolk Society is not responsible for

cancellations, delays, service issues, or changes made by these providers.

7. Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for:

- Providing accurate information

- Reviewing booking confirmations

- Complying with travel provider terms

- Obtaining valid travel documents

8. Prohibited Use

Members agree not to misuse services, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate any applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wanderfolk Society shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

arising from use of services or travel arrangements.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes

acceptance of any changes.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
